Warranty & returns
On the detail page of the part it is stated whether a guarantee is given.
In most cases, a 3-month warranty is given under the STIBA (warranty) conditions.
If a part unexpectedly goes wrong, please contact us, by telephone or by mail (email@example.com) and clearly state the complaint and your customer / invoice number. (A readout report must be included with electronic parts.)
Not satisfied with the online purchase of your product? Then you can notify us within 14 days after receiving your product. For this you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, do not forget to mention the invoice number and please reason return. After this you will have another 14 days to return your product. The costs for returning are for your own account.
In order to process your return request as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to complete this return form as completely as possible and always add it to your return shipment. The products that are returned may not have been used, modified or have undergone any other changes. The products must be returned in the original state and in the same packaging and properly packaged. Any seals may not be broken. Upon receipt of your order, the products have become your property. Therefore, make sure that you always have the shipping certificate from the carrier when you send products back. This way you can claim loss or damage from your carrier. When the products are damaged / incomplete, we can deduct money for this, if not sellable that is 100%.
Opened products that do not comply with the above rules remain your property. These products will be returned to you and the costs incurred will be charged to you. Some products may not be returned. This applies to products, among other things:
* Which are specially ordered for you
* These have been realized in accordance with the specifications you have indicated
As soon as we have received your return in an undamaged condition and after receiving the return form, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 14 days (usually within 3 working days).

Has something unexpectedly been delivered wrong or defective / damaged !? Please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 8 days after receipt.
